Start your course inside Google Classroom — the lessons, quizzes, and study sessions all live there.

Booking field training (phone): "I recently started with a financial services firm and I need your help. I'm in their training program — classroom training, getting my license, and ten hands-on field training appointments. My goal is to get my ten done in the next week. I value your opinion — would you help me out by being one of my training appointments?" Then always give two choices: "What's better for you, Wednesday or Thursday — 6:30 or 7:30?"
Zoom training (text): "Hi [Name], my name is [Trainer] — [Agent] connected me to you. She recently got started with our firm and is studying for her state exam in the life insurance industry. Part of her training requires 10 Zoom field training appointments alongside a trainer. Strictly for training — would you be willing to help?"
If they hesitate: "You don't have to buy anything — if you're impressed, I'm just hoping for referrals in the future. The purpose is my training."
